Returns Policy
No products are accepted for return after 60 days from the invoice date. No credit is allowed on products shipped as ordered and returned without obtaining a valid return authorisation number with a written authorisation allowing parts to be returned. Absolutely no returns are allowed on custom-made products. A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns of stock products, and transportation charges must be fully prepaid by the buyer. Auspring Industries will pay transportation charges on returned merchandise only when due to our error. We accept no responsibility for parts plated or otherwise treated by customers. Phone orders are accepted at the risk of the buyer.
Auspring Industries will only accept return of products within 60 days of the invoice date for a refund or credit providing the following:
· Products are new and in the original packaging
· Original invoice is provided
· Products have not been installed, tampered with or modified in any way
Non-returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
· Products older than 60 days from invoice date
· Any product that has been installed, tampered with or modified in any way
· Products not purchased directly from Auspring Industries
· If you purchased product from an Auspring Industries authorised dealer/distributor, you must contact the seller listed under your original invoice for their return policy
· Closeout items
Shipping Costs:
· Auspring Industries will not cover return shipping fees for the return of non-defective products
· Where any products are refused by the purchaser, the purchaser will be charged the shipping cost back to Auspring Industries
· Any address correction fees will be charged to the purchaser, unless address change is due to the proven error of Auspring Industries
Fees:
· Auspring Industries will charge a 20% restocking fee for all approved returned items. This does not pertain to any warranty claims.
Auspring Industries Returns Procedure
To begin a return for orders purchased directly from Auspring Industries, the Purchaser must contact us with the information below to proceed with the process of obtaining a Return Shipment (SH-) number which is required before shipping product back to Auspring Industries. If the product was not purchased from Auspring Industries directly, the purchaser should contact the authorised Auspring Industries/Red-e-Spring dealer/distributor for information about their return policy. Any product that has been installed, tampered with, or modified in any way will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Product returned to Auspring Industries for refund or credit as defective that is determined to be fit for use will become the property of Auspring Industries and no refund or credit will be issued.
Information required:
· Original sales invoice verifying the purchase of the products
· Purchaser’s name (business if applicable, and contact person), physical address, and reason for return including a brief description of the claimed defect if a warranty claim
· Email address
· Phone number
Once an SH- number is obtained, products can be shipped back to Auspring Industries. Returned products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and have the SH- number noted on the package.
Please note: Auspring Industries will NOT accept returns without the SH- number and invoice. Once the returns are received at Auspring Industries, Auspring Industries will evaluate the products and the quantity returned, verify the sales invoice, and process a refund or credit or deny the return or claim accordingly. The purchaser is responsible for returning the products to Auspring Industries, including shipping costs and any labour costs incurred by the purchaser. Any product that has been installed, assembled or disassembled, tampered with, or modified in any way will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
